Java & Bedrock · survival · custom economy

Pumpkins make the world go round.

A survival island divided into cubic chunks that players can claim to protect from others. Claims charge you daily based on the size, and height.

Grow pumpkins to increase your wealth, and sustain your claims.

All players have the power to see who broke, placed, or opened any block, chest, or door. So you know who your enimies are.

All players also have the power to banish others to the nether for a long time.

Claims & Rent

The world is a grid of 16×16×16 cubes. Claim the one you're standing in, anchor it with a barrel, and keep that barrel stocked — rent comes out of it every day.

Claim

Stand where you want to live and run /claim. You get a Claim Barrel and a 60-second preview of the borders.

Anchor

Place the barrel. Your base is created and you name it in chat. That barrel is now your rent barrel — protected, hopper-proof.

Extend

/claim again in any touching cube — including above and below — to grow the base. One barrel covers all of it.

Feed it

Drop pumpkins in the barrel. Rent is taken daily at 00:00 GMT. Run dry and the debt builds.

Overworld — per cubic chunk, per day

HeightCost
Sky 96 → 3206 pumpkins
Sea level 48 → 963 pumpkins
Stone 0 → 482 pumpkins
Deepslate -64 → 01 pumpkin

Building high is expensive on purpose. A modest underground base costs almost nothing; a sky palace costs real farming.

Nether — per cubic chunk, per day

WhereCost
Outside the jail16 warts
Inside the jail — non-banished player32 warts (2×)
Inside the jail — banished player16 warts

The End

EndNot claimable
Deadline

Any unpaid debt at Sunday 18:00 GMT deletes the base — the whole thing. Check yours any time with /claim, and shrink it with /unclaim if the rent is outrunning your farm.

03

Who Can Touch What?

Every base has its own list of people. You start as Trusted on the base you found; add others with /claim trust.

Can they…VisitorPermVisitorMemberTrusted
Interact with doors, buttons, minecarts, boats, etc
Build & open chests
Open the rent barrel, manage the roster, unclaim

Visitor lasts 24 hours; PermVisitor never expires. Everyone else can walk through your base but not touch a thing.

Watch out

Anyone can still place water buckets, trample your crops, or build directly above your base — plan your builds with that in mind.

04

The Nether jail

A 512×512 prison filling one quarter of the Nether. Anyone who can pay can send anyone there. No immunity, no appeals, no staff to complain to.

Send someone

/banish <player>

Costs you 640 pumpkins. They keep their inventory, land in the jail, and get 32 soul sand and a nether wart to start their farm.

Buy your way out

/buyout

Hold 576 nether wart blocks — nine stacks — and run it. They're consumed and you're free, teleported back to your bed.

Go voluntarily

/selfbanish

Jail yourself for free. No grace period though, so it won't save you from overworld rent.

Life inside

You can't leave

No walking, teleporting, pearling or portalling out. A particle wall marks the edge. Dying respawns you inside.

Your own chat

You lose global chat. Everything you say goes to [Jail] — read only by other prisoners and anyone standing in the zone.

Farm your freedom

You can claim land inside the jail, paid in warts. Build a wart farm and grind out your buyout.

Home is safe — briefly

Your overworld bases freeze for 7 days: no rent, no debt, no deletion. After that the clock restarts whether you're out or not.

05

Seeds are the bottleneck

Pumpkin seeds have no other source. Not crafting, not shearing, not traders. /seed is the only way — and every seed you buy makes the next one dearer.

The price climbs 15% per seed, and it's tracked per player — your ladder is yours alone. Breaking a stem gives exactly one seed back, so a farm sustains itself but never multiplies for free.

06

Shops

No virtual balance, no /pay. Money is pumpkins you can hold, and trade happens face to face.

Player shops

Sell from a chest

Hold what you're selling, look at a chest or barrel, and run /shop create. Set your price in the menu that opens, then buyers right-click it: their pumpkins go in, one item comes out. Restock it and collect your takings whenever.

07

Boss arena

Coming soon

Altars on the End island will let anyone summon a boss for pumpkins. No queue, no cap, PvP still on — and whoever lands the kill spins a wheel for the prize.
